This format allows participants to experience all phases of CEGAwork in one day, to give you and your equine partner a "leg up" in your training. Work is in both private sessions and groups. The morning is devoted to bodywork, accessing energy, and coaching. After lunch (provided) the work continues with groundwork exercises, and then participants meet with the full team for riding instruction designed to integrate all phases.
